Frank Harrison (piano) and Gilad Atzmon, internationally acclaimed jazz saxophonist, composer and - not least - artistic director of the 'International Jazzwerkstatt Saarwellingen' will be guests at the Atelier Andruet on Tuesday, 15.11.2016 from 7 pm.

Gilad Atzmon is emigrated to Israeli and lives in London. His book, titled "The Wandering Who", a study of Jewish identity politics is widely discussed in a very controversial manner, and this evening he presents the central theses of his book, and he will also play his music together with Frank Harrison (piano) Atzmon is in his game a deconstructivist - the alienation of familiar melodies, the composition of new and familiar, his way of merging and dismantling musical parts, reflect his view of the world. He loves to provoke and challenges the contradiction.
